About the Conference
Three days of kink education
in San Diego.

The Kink Workshop Conference is a weekend of classes, hands-on workshops, and community — built for adults at every experience level. Whether you’re brand new to kink or have years in the scene, there’s something here for you.
The 2026 theme is The Craft — the idea that kink is something you learn, practice, and build over time. The conference is designed around that: real skills, real conversations, and space to actually try things.
Every session has clear scope. You always know what you’re walking into. Observation is welcome everywhere, and no one is ever expected to do more than they’re comfortable with.
Conference Structure

Friday, July 10
Arrival
Check-in day
Doors open. Check-in, registration, and meet & greet. No classes on Friday — just time to arrive, get your bearings, and meet the people you’ll be learning with all weekend.

Saturday, July 11
The Work
Main education day · Play party 9 PM–1 AM
The main event. Classes and discussion sessions across multiple rooms, hands-on workshops with time to actually practice, and the vendor hall open all day. Saturday night closes with an optional play party from 9 PM to 1 AM.

Sunday, July 12
Integration
Closes at 2:00 PM
Sunday is quieter. Soft skills sessions on communication, consent, and relationships. A good day to process what you learned, ask questions in a low-key setting, and head home feeling grounded. Wraps at 2 PM.
All Weekend
Relaxation Room
A quiet room open all weekend — for taking a break, grounding yourself, or just stepping away for a bit.
Vendor Marketplace
Kink gear, toys, educational resources, and more from vendors who know the scene. Open Saturday.
No Pressure
Come to watch, come to learn, come to do — all of it is fine. You never have to participate in anything you’re not up for.
Consent Enforced
Clear rules, clear scope, and a team that takes it seriously. This is a safe place to learn and explore.

Educator Applications Are Open
We’re looking for presenters across all kink disciplines — lecture, discussion, and hands-on. All experience levels of teaching welcome. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis, confirmations by May 20, 2026.

Vendor Applications
We’re putting together a small vendor floor for Saturday. Table fee is $100. Looking for vendors selling kink gear, toys, educational resources, clothing, accessories, or kink-friendly products. Space is limited — reach out early.
