Jamie brings a unique approach to BDSM from his background as a Naval nuclear engineer and instructor, a public safety officer and a staff member of the LifeSpring self-actualization courses. He has a rich history in the San Diego BDSM community. He's a founding member of Club-X, was a founding board member of the former San Diego group SDL, and was a previous board member of Shibari in Las Vegas. He also hosted the Club-X KinX Discussion Group for a decade. He has a special interest to further the legacy of those that have preceded us. Jamie has a passion and appreciation for sharing workshops on various BDSM-related topics (negotiation, safety, spanking, flogging, bondage, rope, sensuality, mummification, caning, pervertables, and other impact implements). How to safely constrain your partner with rope, chains, belts, handcuffs, zip ties, sweatshirts, plastic wrap, vacuum cleaner, etc, for maximizing your enjoyment. Any and all participation is voluntary. Please bring your questions, curiosity, and willingness to share your experiences. All levels of expertise are welcome. People should bring their friends for consensual participation. People should bring their own handcuffs* (and keys) and any other materials they’d like to use: Saran Wrap, baby powder, a towel, a sweatshirt, rope, belts, zip ties (large), wrist and ankle cuffs (leather or PU), feathers, crops, rescue knives, EMT shears, and a sense of adventure. The introduction with demonstrations will last about 45 minutes, followed by a 10-minute break, and then 45 minutes of hands-on practice, concluding with a 20-minute group Q&A.

She is currently serving on the LA Local SAG-AFTRA Sexual Harassment committee and is a board member of the Junior Hollywood Radio & Television Society (JHRTS). In 2021, Erin’s book, The Consent Guidebook, was selected by AASECT (The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) to receive their 2021 General Audience Book Award. In 2018, Erin was awarded the Gender Equity Champion Award presented by the California National Organization for Women (California NOW). Erin has training and certifications in sexuality education, DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging), Mental Health First Aid, and Kink/BDSM. Can I attend alone?
Absolutely. You do not need a partner to attend or participate. Solo attendees are welcomed and encouraged.
